About

The Asset Details are displayed when creating a new Asset or editing an existing Asset.

Anatomy

1. Display name of your Asset

2. Asset Type

3. Parent Asset and ISA95 Type are automatically filled based on the asset type

4. Upload image for your Asset

5. Enter information freely

6. Dynamic Properties based on the Asset Type

7. Upload documents of your Asset

8. Track changes to your Asset

9. Asset Aliases: General or QR code (see below)

Asset Aliases:

• General: Define an alternative name for your Asset; this is relevant when you want to use the search function to better find your Assets
• QR-code: you can create a QR code for your Asset. The QR code contains the URL to navigate to this Asset in the Asset Management
