Add a Device

You can manage your Devices and install Software Updates via NOA Portal. Also, you can transfer data of your machines or Assets to NOA Portal for Use Cases like Condition Monitoring. First, you need to add the Deviceto your Tenant. For further information visit the Add Device page in the REFERENCE section.


… via the Options Menu by clicking on Devices.

  1. Click on Add device
  1. Enter Device information

You need to enter at least the Identifier / Device ID and the Name of your Device. The Identifier is usually the Serialnumber of your Device that is printed on your Device. The Name is a display name of the Device in your Tenant that you are free to choose yourself.

  1. Your Device needs to enter Pairing Mode

Restart your Device ("unplug/plug in the power cable"). Now the Deviceis in Pairing Mode. You have a window of five minutes to add the Device to your Tenant.

  1. Click on Add device

… in the dialog window. Afterwards your Device appears in the Device Table.


Mission accomplished!

You have added a Device to your Tenant. Now you can manage it in the Cloud and transfer data.
